Private Pay

Transparent, all-inclusive hourly rates with no long-term contracts and the same trusted caregiver each visit. Ideal for families who need care to start quickly, or to top up publicly funded hours.

Government Programs

ICCS is a preferred community partner for Ontario Health atHome (HCCSS), DSO, VAC and WSIB. We handle intake paperwork and bill your program directly, so families can focus on care — not forms.

Programs we bill directly

Our intake team knows the paperwork, portals and reporting requirements for each funder — and speaks the same language as your care coordinator.

Ontario Health atHome (HCCSS)

Who:
Adults & seniors approved for publicly funded home care.
Covers:
Personal support, nursing visits, respite hours and community support.
Next step:
Referral through your Care Coordinator — we bill Ontario Health atHome directly.

Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)

Who:
Adults with a developmental disability living in the community.
Covers:
Passport funding for community participation, respite and caregiver relief.
Next step:
We assist families with Passport receipts, invoicing and monthly reporting.

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

Who:
Veterans and eligible family members under the Veterans Independence Program.
Covers:
Housekeeping, personal care, grounds maintenance and health & support services.
Next step:
We coordinate with your VAC case manager and submit claims on your behalf.

WSIB & Insurance

Who:
Clients recovering from a workplace or motor-vehicle injury.
Covers:
Attendant care, nursing, transportation to appointments and rehab support.
Next step:
Direct billing to WSIB, LTD and MVA insurers — no upfront cost to the client.
