Getting started
For most non-complex requests we begin within 24–72 hours of your free consultation and care plan sign-off. Urgent hospital discharges are often accommodated the same day.
Caregivers & safety
Every ICCS caregiver is a registered PSW or RN. All complete vulnerable-sector police checks, reference verification, First Aid/CPR, and ongoing professional development.
Funding & billing
Yes. We work with Ontario Health atHome (HCCSS), DSO, VAC, WSIB, and most extended benefits carriers. We also welcome private-pay clients with transparent all-inclusive rates.
