I Care Community Services Inc. was founded from a lifelong passion for helping others.
Before creating ICCS, our founder spent years working directly with seniors, adults living with disabilities, individuals experiencing mental health challenges, and people facing homelessness and complex life situations. Through frontline community work, she witnessed how compassionate, person-centred support can transform lives — not only for clients, but for their families as well.
Every visit, every conversation, and every success story reinforced one important lesson: exceptional care is never just about completing tasks. It is about building trust, preserving dignity, and helping people maintain their independence in the place they call home.
Inspired by these experiences, I Care Community Services Inc. was created to bring together professional care with genuine human connection. Our goal is to provide personalized support that respects each person's unique needs, culture, preferences, and life story.
